    Tube with bracket and rod
    It looks like a mechanical steering tube apparatus. I’ve been unable to locate specifics for its use.
    The tube is 11” long (5 ¼
    " threaded) X ¾"
    The rod (total) is 12 ¼" X ½" and pivots more than 180 degrees
    The connecting piece is bronze
    The bumpers (spacers) are rubber and very good condition.
    Each is marked ‘Harris 947”
    Everything else is steel.
