Racing Billet Aluminum Bolt Together Torque Converter by PCE®. PCE bolt-together torque converters are the newest addition to the arsenal of performance automotive parts. This billet aluminum bolt together torque converter is the ultimate in performance and adjustability. With strength in mind PCE designed a one piece forged steel turbine hub to prevent ballooning. They also feature a 5 axis CNC machined rear cover. The 10" diameter construction of the torque converter reduces rotational weight reducing scavenging of horsepower. The best part of these torque converters are the adjust ability they provide, self service-able to easily change your stall speed right at home.
