Returns:
We accept returns for any unused, sealed, unopened and untested products when returned in its original packaging.  There is a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund amount that we give you after we verify serial number and the condition of the item when it’s receive by us. Also, if the item is a "Free Shipping" item, the actual shipping cost we incur will be deducted from the refund. Please email us before returning the item.
Items must be return in working condition. (mis-wiring or wrong installation of electronics or any item is not our fault and it doesn't count towards defects). There will be no refund for the item that is damaged and not in working condition because of the user’s fault. Refund will be issued after the item is received and verified in working condition.
For ANY refund claim we will need you to keep the shipping box, packing material, and contents and may require photos of the box and item prior to issuing a refund.
We kindly request the buyers to send the returns using a postal service that allows tracking of packages.
