Description
Look Potence stem compatible with L96 and R96 track bike.
The L96/R96 handlebar, specially developed by LOOK for use on the track, contributes to improving the overall aerodynamics of the bicycle due to its flattened tops and extremely reduced drop.
Therefore, This stem is almost positioned at horizontal and by consequence, airflow is unhindered. The reduced drop, part of its innovative design, allows the forearms to move readily which is crucial in maximum power phases.
The stem is built atop the offset fork, which not only has aero fork legs, but a structural shroud covering the head tube and headset upper race, both increasing stiffness and improving aerodynamics.
This carbon stem is adjustable for angle and uses a band clamp to keep the bars in place while keeping the aero profile. The carbon-fiber aerodynamic handlebars have a wing-like top section, a forward sweep to give you ample room on the drops, and have 117mm of drop and 83mm of reach. They're brutally stiff, designed for sprinters like World Champion Grégory Baugé.
