Description

Handcrafted mahogany leather ammo pouch. For hunting, cosplay, or just extra storage. Fits a 2.5 inch belt or smaller.
Dimension: 7 inch x 1.75 inch x 5 inch.
Leather is 4-5 ounce thick full grain vegetable tanned American steer.
Warning:  When purchasing leather products, make sure to ask the seller what type of leather that they use.  The term "genuine leather" is an industrial term that defines the lowest quality of leather.  In many instances, a seller will not be even able to tell you from what animal the leather came from.
Full grain leather is the most sought after portion of the leather.  The vegetable tanning process utilized does not involve harmful chemicals that are required for other tanning processing. However, due to its high durability and strength, vegetable tanned leather is far superior to most synthetic materials and lasts for a lifetime with basic care.
I use high quality hand dyed full gain vegetable  tanned American steer leather.  The pouch is made from 4-5 ounce (1.6 to 1.98mm) thick leather.  The strap is 7-8 ounce (2.8 to 3.2mm) thick.  Each belt pouch is hand dyed and treated which creates a unique pattern that cannot be duplicated.
