T-Mobile and Sprint have merged. You will need to contact Sprint customer service to activate this device.
You will likely need to have an existing Sprint account to be able to use the device and unlock the device for T-Mobile.
If you're not an existing Sprint customer, it's going to be very hard to try to unlock the device for T-Mobile.
Please only buy if you know what you're doing. NO RETURN.
Once again, this device only work on Sprint. It will not work on T-Mobile unless you have an existing Sprint account and register it and speak to tech expert to unlock it.
Currently, Sprint does not allow opening new account even if you go to T-Mobile store.
