CONDITIONS OF SALE:
This item is restored to factory defaults and fully tested prior to shipping. This item is used and may show signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as it should. The item you receive will NOT be the one in the photos.  The item you receive will be the same model as the one in the photos and will be shipped from the ones I have in inventory.  This item is warrantied for 30 days after arrival at buyers address as determined by USPS.  If the item fails within 30 calendar days after arrival, buyer will contact seller for assistance with diagnosing the problem.  If seller determines the item to be defective the buyer will return the item to seller with the buyer paying the return Priority Mail USPS shipping cost.  Within 3 business days of the item arriving at sellers address seller will fully test the item.  If the item is found to be defective then seller will ship a replacement to buyer and refund shipping charges the buyer paid.  If the item is found to function properly seller will still replace the item but will NOT refund the shipping charges the buyer paid. Please note, seller does keep track of Serial #s, MAC Addresses and IMEI#s for each item.  Make sure you ship seller the exact same item seller shipped you.
