This is a new C28z MODEL cadet frame.  March first this frame will be converted to a regular roller if no one buys off eBay.  We will use it in our LO 206 School fleet for youth drivers. It is a  28mm  chassis which stands for 28mm tubing throughout.   This is designed for drivers in the cadet age group of 7-12 years of age.  If you find a spent frame with all of the components we can help assist you get all of the parts to make it right. What is being sold here is the frame as you see it.
