Vintage New Old Stock black leather shotgun shell cartridge cuff. Cuff holds 5 rounds of 12 Ga. shells.These were made by Alfonso's Holster & Gun Shop No. Hollywood Calif.  Very solid and well made like everything made by Alfonso's.
